Balbina Sabillon is a third-generation producer in Santa Barbara, Honduras. She became Proud Mary's first female producer partner in Honduras in 2018 and works the farm with her two children.

Her land is planted mainly with Parainema, a variety well suited to low and medium elevations. This washed lot is approachable, round and sweet, with marzipan, caramel and peach notes.
