The 2025–2026 winter harvest marks an important season for Perlitas, with multiple lots harvested at the end of 2025 and released in 2026. Following the completion of Lot #6, Lot #7 arrived to continue the evolution of this dynamic project. This iteration highlights expressive floral orange and berry notes. Compared with previous releases, this edition presents a more process-forward profile while maintaining clarity and structure. It is also available in green format for home roasters.

The Las Perlitas project brings together smaller-volume coffees that would otherwise be too limited for individual export. Through careful selection and blending, these micro-lots are combined into a cohesive and expressive profile. The name Perlitas, meaning little pearls, reflects the idea of uniting small, exceptional components into a refined offering. Lot #7 features Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Geisha, and a touch of Aruzi, resulting in a layered and complex cup.
