PRODIGAL - Las Perlitas Lot 7

The 2025–2026 winter harvest marks a significant season for Perlitas, with multiple lots harvested at the end of 2025 and released in 2026. As Lot #6 concluded, Lot #7 arrived shortly after, continuing the evolution of this dynamic project.

This iteration showcases vibrant floral orange and berry notes, supported by a bright and expressive structure. Compared to previous releases, this edition presents a more process-forward character while maintaining clarity and balance.

Perlitas performs exceptionally well as cold brew and ultra-light espresso. It is also available in green format for home roasters seeking flexibility and experimentation.

The Las Perlitas project brings together smaller-volume coffees that would otherwise be too limited for individual export. Through careful selection and blending, these micro-lots are unified into a cohesive and expressive profile. The name “Perlitas,” meaning “little pearls,” reflects the idea of combining small, exceptional components into a single refined offering.

Lot #7 features a diverse mix of varieties, including Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Geisha, and a touch of Aruzi, resulting in a layered and complex cup.
