PRODIGAL - Finca La Roca IV - Jorge Rojas

Tasting notes: Peach, Orange Blossom, Mango

Jorge grew this geisha at his farm, Finca La Roca, a 7-hectare certified organic farm. This coffee was floated to remove defects, then fermented for 48 hours. Depulping left a tiny amount of fruit in contact with the seed — the white honey process. It then dried for 14 days and then we rushed it to Prodigal to preserve quality.
