Semi-washed Colombian coffee from Finca El Turpial in Nariño. This SL-28 variety is grown at 2200m by Emerson Narváez, depulped and dried on raised beds in a controlled environment. The cup reveals notes of blood orange, red berries, and delicate florals, offering a different expression from the washed lot (COL-002) and highlighting the complexity of this remarkable variety.
