Surprised just how well this sing on a standard drip brewer on a 1:15 ratio, there was a distinct floral-fruity sweetness, even though they are well past the roast date in April and it's October now. There's just enough of a citrus brightness balancing the cup, while it had an overall smooth almost syrupy thick body that made for a somewhat buttery mouthfeel! Incredible.
