UBA Yellow Omni comes from Mame Coffee Roasters, sourced from Finca Milán in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, at 1,500 MASL — part of Café UBA, the pioneering producer group co-founded by third-generation farmer Julio Cesar Madrid. This Caturra lot undergoes a tropical co-fermentation with passion fruit and mango in a controlled anaerobic environment, infusing the coffee with an explosive burst of tropical character. Equally expressive as espresso or filter, it delivers a wildly sweet and rich cup with notes of mango, passion fruit, and pineapple — like a mango lassi in a cup.
