Bombe Washed comes from Mame Coffee Roasters, sourced from heirloom varieties grown by smallholder farmers in the Bombe mountains of Sidama, Ethiopia, at 1,950 MASL. Cherries are delivered to the Ayla Bombe washing station, where they are depulped, fermented in water, carefully rinsed, and dried on raised beds to preserve the region's signature clarity and brightness. The result is a refined, elegant filter coffee — the delicate, clean side of Ethiopian terroir — with notes of peach, orange, and delicate jasmine tea.
