This Catimor P4 (7963) comes from Yuan Yi Yuan Coffee Farm in DeHong, Yunnan, China. It is a long-running LiLo selection now in its fourth year.

The yeast fermentation honey process produces a fruit-forward but refined cup with white peach and lychee sweetness, pineapple and a jasmine-tea finish with hints of syrup and white wine.
