Morgan Estate “TERROIR” Geisha is an exceptional washed coffee from Volcán, Chiriquí, Panama, produced by Jamison Savage at an elevation of 1,850 metres. Grown in volcanic soils beneath native forest and cool mountain conditions, this Geisha benefits from a unique terroir that encourages slow cherry maturation and remarkable flavour development. Perfectly ripe cherries are hand-picked, pulped, and carefully dried on shaded raised African beds for up to 15 days. The result is an elegant and refined filter coffee with aromas of orange blossom and nectarine. In the cup, expect vibrant notes of orange blossom, yuzu, nectarine, and sugarcane, combining delicate florals, bright citrus, and gentle sweetness in a beautifully clean finish.
