Big Sur Coffee - San Antonio Geisha - Colombia - Washed

Tasting notes: Hibiscus, sweet orange, peach juice, mixed fruit juice

Nilson Luis López and Lida Cielo López produce this Geisha at Finca San Antonio in Buesaco, Nariño. Grown at 2,100 metres and harvested in June–July 2026, it reflects the farm’s work on specialty production with technical support from Inconexus.

Big Sur selected this washed lot for its sweetness and velvety, juice-like texture. Hibiscus and sweet orange appear at warmer temperatures, while the cooling cup becomes richer and more reminiscent of peach juice and mixed fruit nectar. The super-light roast is suited to filter preparation.
