Freshs is a vibrant Colombian coffee created through a collaboration between Unblended Coffee, Sebastian Ramirez, and young producers from the next generation of Colombian growers. Combining washed coffees with a small portion co-fermented with mint and watermelon, this unique blend delivers refreshing notes of juicy watermelon, fresh mint, and citrus. Grown at 1,800–2,000 metres, it offers a bright, lively, and playful cup while supporting emerging specialty coffee producers.
