Tesfaye Bekele grows this Kurume coffee at Suke Quto in Ethiopia's Guji highlands. The honey process dries depulped coffee with its mucilage intact, developing sweetness and texture while keeping the fruit character expressive.

Pineapple brings a bright tropical accent to a rounded cane-sugar sweetness. A lingering black-tea finish adds structure and depth. Tanat gives this lot a medium roast intended for espresso, offering a balance of comforting sweetness and lively fruit.
