Tanat - Finca Rosma Geisha - Guatemala - Washed
Tasting notes: Jasmine, lemon, almond milk, apricot
Finca Rosma is a family estate in Huehuetenango, founded by Alejandro Morales in 1963 and now run by the Morales family. This washed Geisha is produced by Fredy Milton Morales Merida and roasted lightly by Tanat for filter brewing.
Jasmine and lemon introduce a bright floral profile. Apricot adds ripe sweetness as the coffee cools, while an almond-milk impression reflects its smooth, silky texture. The cup stays balanced and delicate, with a clean finish that lets the Geisha's aromatic detail stand out.
