Essential Standards Peach comes from Keramo Washing Station in Ethiopia. Washed processing brings definition to a lot combining 74112 and local varieties, with a profile built around ripe peach, fragrant jasmine and fresh lemon.

Roasted for filter, the coffee offers an inviting combination of fruit, florals and citrus. Its aromatic focus makes it well suited to a gentle pour-over extraction.
