MAME - Pink Bourbon - Filter

Julio Cesar Madrid and his family have grown coffee for three generations across four sites around Pereira, including La Riviera, their dedicated processing facility. MAME works closely with the family to taste, exchange ideas and develop lots that express the complexity of Colombia’s coffee landscape.

For this Pink Bourbon, whole cherries rest for 24 hours before pulping, then ferment for 20 hours in a bioreactor with a selected microbial culture. After washing, the coffee dries under careful monitoring to preserve a clean, floral filter profile with peach, Earl Grey and rose hip notes.
