Colombia La Riviera Pink Bourbon Espresso comes from Mame Coffee Roasters, grown by Julio Cesar Madrid Tisnes — a third-generation coffee grower whose family estates, including Finca La Riviera, Finca Milán, and Finca Buenos Aires, have earned multiple national and world barista championship titles. Located in Risaralda, Colombia, at 1,500 MASL, the farm sits within the UNESCO-recognised Coffee Cultural Landscape. The cherries undergo a one-day washed anaerobic fermentation, producing a refreshing, tea-like espresso reminiscent of peach iced tea — with delicate notes of peach, Earl Grey, and rose hips that shift beautifully from white tea when hot to black tea as it cools.
