Brazil Pearl comes from Mame Coffee Roasters, sourced from the renowned Daterra farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1,150 MASL. Pearl is named after its round, peaberry shape — and Mame's relationship with Daterra began during their quest for the perfect coffee for the World Brewers Cup Championship 2018. This Mondo Novo lot is processed using the pulped natural method, where a thin layer of mucilage is left on the bean during drying to impart rich sweetness and a creamy, velvety body. The result is a gentle, chocolatey cup — smooth and approachable — with notes of dark chocolate and Nutella. Equally rewarding as espresso or filter.
