Big Sur Coffee - San Antonio Pink Bourbon - Colombia - Washed

At Finca San Antonio in Buesaco, Nariño, Nilson Luis López and Lida Cielo López have focused on improving quality and introducing distinctive varieties with support from Inconexus. This Pink Bourbon grows at 2,100 metres and was harvested in June–July 2026.

Washed processing brings out the lively fruit character Big Sur identifies in this lot: tangerine, cranberry, red berries and red plum. The roaster describes bright acidity, full sweetness and a silky, substantial mouthfeel. This super-light filter roast showcases the farm’s high-altitude Pink Bourbon.
