Big Sur Coffee - Masincho G1 Premium - Ethiopia - Natural

Tasting notes: Apricot, peach pulp, sweet orange, apple juice

This natural Masincho comes from Yaye processing station in Sidama’s Arbegona area, with cherries from Mandame in Chericho. The 74158 variety is grown at 2,300 metres and was harvested in January 2026. The name refers to a large tree at the centre of the station.

Big Sur selected this lot for its pronounced stone-fruit sweetness. Apricot and peach pulp meet sweet orange and apple juice, producing a profile the roaster likens to fruit candy and apricot pulp. Natural processing distinguishes it from the washed Masincho offered separately.
