Indonesia – Frinsa Estate is an expressive natural coffee from Java Frinsa Estate in the Bandung Highlands of West Java, grown at 1,300–1,700 metres. Founded in 2012 by Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas, this family-run farm combines careful coffee production with a focus on regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and preserving the biodiversity of the surrounding landscape. Produced from mixed varieties and processed naturally with controlled lactic fermentation, the coffee develops a distinctive combination of fruit sweetness, creamy texture, and delicate acidity. In the cup, expect vibrant grape and strawberry flavours alongside a playful cola candy character. The lactic fermentation encourages the activity of lactic bacteria, adding a smooth and creamy quality while enhancing the coffee’s fruity complexity without overwhelming its natural character. Grown beneath forest cover in the mountainous West Java landscape, this coffee showcases the unique terroir and meticulous processing that have become hallmarks of Frinsa Estate.
