The Centroamericano H1 variety undergoes a meticulous washed process, creating a clean and balanced cup with a smooth, chewy texture. Expect rich maple-syrup and baked-sugar sweetness, complemented by delicate floral notes. Approachable yet distinctive, Aquiares is particularly well suited to espresso.
