Wired Enough is Spilt Milk’s versatile Colombian decaf, roasted medium for both espresso and filter brewing. The coffee is decaffeinated by Swiss Water in British Columbia using water, time and controlled temperatures. It offers a rounded option for those seeking a decaffeinated coffee with the familiar sweetness and body of an everyday brew.

Caramel, toasted nuts and cocoa define the flavour profile, with a smooth texture that works black or with milk. Spilt Milk describes a particularly buttery character in milk drinks, while the nutty and chocolate notes remain central when brewed as filter. Start with a 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio for filter; for espresso, the roaster recommends 18g of coffee yielding 45ml in about 30 seconds. Supplied as 250g of whole beans.
