Trademark is Spilt Milk’s flagship blend, combining two Brazilian coffees sourced from Deyvid Leandro and the Barbosa family. The name refers to the trademark dispute that prompted the business to adopt the Spilt Milk name in 2025. This naturally processed Red Catuai blend is built around an approachable, sweet profile and the full body associated with the roaster’s everyday range.

Roasted medium, Trademark offers chocolate brownie, butterscotch and Nutella-like notes. It is designed to work equally well as espresso or filter, whether served black or with milk. For filter, Spilt Milk recommends beginning with 20g coffee to 320ml water. Its espresso starting recipe uses 19g of coffee for approximately 40ml in 31–33 seconds, giving a practical baseline for adjusting the brew to taste. Supplied in a 250g whole-bean bag.
