Sugar Plum marks our first time featuring Peruvian producer Fredesvinda Estela, part of the El Morito family farm cooperative. Grown at El Cacao in North Cajamarca at 1,850 MASL, this Yellow Caturra lot offers a silky body and sweet finish, with notes of stone fruit, jammy pear, and a delicate citric acidity reminiscent of candied lemon.
