SEPTEMBER - Letty Bermudez - Colombia - Anaerobic Thermal Shock Geisha
Tasting notes: Fuzzy Peaches, Oolong Tea, Floral
Letty Bermudez is an exceptionally sweet Colombian Geisha from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, produced by Alex Bermudez at 1930 metres. Named after Diego’s daughter, this light-roasted coffee showcases the family’s innovative approach to processing, using double anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock washing to develop its vibrant character. The cup is bursting with peach candy sweetness, complemented by delicate florals, citrus brightness, and an oolong tea-like character. A silky, clean profile and long sweet finish make this an expressive and elegant Geisha.
