SEPTEMBER - Jorge Rojas 2026 - Colombia - Washed Geisha

Tasting notes: Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Juicy Citrus

This washed Geisha comes from Jorge Rojas at Finca La Roca in Planadas, Tolima, where the coffee grows at 1,850 metres. Jorge is a fourth-generation producer who began working on his family farm at 13 and entered specialty coffee in 2016. September has featured his coffees repeatedly, and this lot reflects the clean, sweet and precise style that has made the partnership distinctive.

For this lot, carefully selected cherries are pulped and washed before undergoing a closely monitored drying process designed to preserve the Geisha variety’s delicate character. The cup is beautifully floral, with honeysuckle and jasmine leading into juicy citrus reminiscent of lemon tea. A silky body and sparkling finish give the coffee a refined and lively expression.
