Golden Hour marks our fourth year working with Finca El Paraiso, and this Castillo lot from producer Alex Bermudez continues to be a staple on our menu. Grown at 1,930 MASL in Cauca, Colombia, it's processed using an advanced anaerobic washed method with thermal shock, yielding an intensely sweet, creamy cup that's bright and tropical — think sweet peach and pineapple, with a lychee-like creaminess and a long, smoothie-like finish.
