PRODIGAL - Flor de Cielo Pink Bourbon

Flor de Cielo is the washed expression of La Suma’s Pink Bourbon, showcasing the variety in a remarkably clean and refined style.

In the cup, expect bright mandarin orange notes, supported by subtle hints of mango and berries. The profile is elegant, transparent, and well-structured.

Finca La Suma is managed by Fernando Zuñiga, who inherited the small, forest-surrounded farm from his parents. While previous generations cultivated Caturra and Castillo, Pink Bourbon has since been introduced as part of a continued focus on quality and sustainability. Ongoing training in post-harvest practices, fertilization, and water management has further elevated production standards.

Only fully ripe cherries were harvested and density sorted before being fully washed and dried under canopies for 20–24 days to ensure clarity and consistency.
