This is a truly special coffee. When Stephen from Coffee Quest first offered us an early preview of this then-unnamed lot, he was confident we would fall in love—and he was absolutely right. From the very first cup, it stood out immediately, leaping off the table with intensity and character.

In the cup, this coffee delivers a vibrant spectrum of ripe purple fruit, bursting with winey berry notes, jam-like sweetness, and a bright, laser-focused acidity. The profile is dynamic and expressive, balancing intensity with remarkable clarity.
