Produced by brothers Luis Enrique and Robinson Cuellar at Finca La Pradera, this Geisha undergoes a 24-48 hour cherry fermentation before mechanical de-pulping. It is then dried slowly in a greenhouse for 15-20 days, resulting in a cup with vibrant jammy fruit and soft floral aromatics.
