Chelbesa One Espresso is the espresso-focused roast of a washed lot from the Chelbesa area of Gedeb, Ethiopia. It combines coffee from approximately 1,000 farmers and features Korume and Wolisho.

Processing involves washed, with two to three days of dry fermentation followed by seven to ten days of drying. Roasted slightly darker than the filter version for espresso. In the cup, expect apricot, grape and black tea.
