Chelbesa One is a washed Ethiopian filter roast from the Chelbesa area of Gedeb. The lot combines coffee from approximately 1,000 farmers and highlights the Korume and Wolisho varieties.

Processing involves washed, with two to three days of dry fermentation followed by seven to ten days of drying. In the cup, expect apricot, grape and black tea.
