PHIL & SEBASTIAN - Gato Grande - Washed - Geisha Cold Fermentation
Tasting notes: Nectarine, White Grape, Watermelon, Oolong Tea, Buckwheat Honey
Gato Grande Washed Geisha is a high-elevation Panama coffee produced by Yessie Hartmann and Jean Paul Langestein at Gato Grande Farm in Los Pozos. Grown at 1,850 masl, this Geisha is processed using a cold fermentation washed method and dried in a darkroom. The green coffee is then frozen for storage to help preserve freshness and maintain its distinctive qualities.
The cup is elegant and fruit-forward, with nectarine, white grape, and watermelon balanced by delicate oolong tea and buckwheat honey sweetness. Designed for filter brewing, this coffee offers a refined and layered expression of Panamanian Geisha.
