Parcel - Elto Elora

Washed Ethiopian coffee from the village of Elto in the highlands of Sidama. Grown by smallholder farmers at high elevation, the cherries are carefully washed and slowly dried on raised African beds. The ELORA lot reveals delicate floral and fruity notes of white flowers, lemon zest, and white grape in a refined and elegant cup.
