La Laguneta is a story of restoration and care, produced by Héctor Ricardo Leal Pivaral in the volcanic soils of Acatenango, Guatemala. Since taking on the abandoned property in 2013, Héctor has transformed the land into a thriving farm built on quality and consistency. This washed lot — a blend of traditional varieties — is dried on raised African beds in greenhouses for exceptional clarity in the cup. The result is a smooth, cozy, and balanced coffee with classic notes of rich chocolate, toasted almond, and a lingering caramel sweetness.
