Monogram Jairo Arcila Honey Espresso is a Castillo coffee grown at Jairo Arcila’s Villarazo farm in Colombia. The honey process leaves part of the fruit on the coffee during drying, creating a rounded balance of fruit character and sweetness.

Roasted for espresso, it offers orange, milk chocolate and butterscotch notes.
