Shyira is a vibrant washed Red Bourbon from Rwanda’s Nyabihu region, produced by Muraho Trading Company and sourced from various smallholder farmers. Grown at an impressive 1,850–2,300 metres, the coffee benefits from the cool, high-altitude conditions of Rwanda’s mountain terrain. The cup is juicy and refreshing, combining sweet orange and redcurrant with a delicate rooibos character. Filter brewing highlights its bright fruit sweetness, clean structure, and juicy mouthfeel, creating an elegant and refreshing expression of Rwandan coffee.
