Manhattan Coffee - Karimikui- Filter
Tasting notes: Redcurrant, Cassis, Purple Grape
Karimikui is a vibrant washed Kenyan coffee from the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society in Kirinyaga, grown at 1,600–1,750 metres. Featuring SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian varieties, the coffee is carefully hand-sorted, fermented overnight, washed, density-graded, and sun-dried on raised African beds. The cup is juicy and fruit-forward, with bright redcurrant, rich cassis, and sweet purple grape notes. Its lively fruit character and juicy mouthfeel make Karimikui a versatile choice for both espresso and filter brewing.
