This coffee undergoes 210 hours of anaerobic fermentation with added beer hops and sugarcane juice, creating exceptional depth and aromatic complexity. Roasted for filter, it reveals a highly expressive cup with floral intensity, crisp green apple acidity, and layered honey sweetness.
