UBA Sangria Omni comes from Finca Milan — UBA in Colombia, where producer Julio Cesar Madrid grows Caturra at 1,500 metres above sea level. The coffee is co-fermented, bringing a distinctive layer of aromatic fruit character to the cup.

Blackberry leads the profile with a rich, juicy quality, complemented by the delicate perfume of orange blossom and the soft sweetness of lychee. Together, these flavours give the coffee a polished combination of dark berry depth, floral lift, and tropical fruit sweetness.
