Chelchele Anaerobic Natural comes from Chelchele in Ethiopia, where coffees are grown between 1,900 and 2,300 metres above sea level. Featuring the 74110 and 74112 varieties, this lot is processed as an anaerobic natural, giving the coffee plenty of room to develop its rich fruit character and distinctive aromatic qualities.

Blackberry forms the foundation of the cup, joined by the delicate perfume of violet and a subtle winey quality. The combination creates a deep yet elegant profile, balancing ripe purple-fruit sweetness with floral character and a gently fermented complexity.
