Julian Calderón grows coffee near Palestina in Colombia’s Huila region, working alongside his father Julio. The family focuses on carefully grown varieties and processing that lets the character of each lot show clearly. This Geisha is grown at approximately 1,800 metres above sea level and processed as a washed coffee.
La Cabra selected this lot for its delicate perfume and balanced structure. Deep floral aromatics lead into crisp citrus notes, creating an elegant, clean cup with the clarity expected of a washed Geisha. It is lightly roasted and suitable for both filter and espresso.
