Hydrangea Coffee Roasters - Salma Bermudez - Gesha - Finca El Paraiso
Tasting notes: Mango, Dulce de Leches, Elderflower
Gesha Salma Bermudez is an expressive Colombian coffee from El Paraiso, Cauca, produced by Samuel Diego Bermudez at 1,930 metres above sea level. Made from the Gesha variety, this coffee undergoes a special washed fermentation process, beginning with carefully selected overripe cherries that are submerged in an anaerobic fermentation with yeast for 72 hours. The coffee is then dried using a dehumidifier to preserve its softness and aromatic clarity. In the cup, expect luscious notes of mango, dulce de leche, and elderflower, complemented by a silky body and bright citric acidity. Its combination of tropical sweetness and delicate florals creates a rich and complex coffee.
