Ana Crespo produced this Typica at Pillcocaja Coffee in Ecuador’s Yunguilla Valley in Azuay. The seven-hectare farm grows coffee at 1,650–1,700 metres beneath mature native faique trees.

Anaerobic fermentation builds aromatic intensity, while the washed finish preserves separation and clarity. Green grape brings lively acidity, pear adds gentle sweetness and geranium contributes a distinct floral note.
