Gesha Washed Hacienda El Obraje is an elegant Colombian coffee produced by Pablo Andrés Guerrero at Hacienda El Obraje in Nariño, growing at an impressive 2,200 metres above sea level. This washed Gesha offers a bright and refined cup with notes of satsuma, passionfruit, and jasmine. The coffee’s high-elevation growing conditions contribute to its defined citrus acidity, tropical sweetness, and delicate tea-like structure. It undergoes a carefully controlled 60-hour, two-stage fermentation before being washed and dried through a combination of solar and mechanical drying. The result is a clean and aromatic coffee where vibrant citrus, tropical fruit, and floral jasmine flavours remain beautifully distinct.
