Gesha Luna Bermudez Finca El Paraíso comes from producer Samuel Diego Bermudez, grown in Cauca, Colombia, at 1,930 MASL. This Gesha undergoes anaerobic fermentation in cherry and pulped stages with a Gesha yeast culture, before being sealed and washed with a thermal shock technique to fix aromatic precursors and enhance clarity. The result is a delicate, vibrant cup with notes of egg waffle, blueberry, and high mountain oolong tea, with a silky body and brilliant acidity.
