Hydrangea – Letty Bermudez Gesha – Finca El Paraiso

Tasting notes: White peach, jasmine milk tea and dried rose

This Gesha comes from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, Colombia, where Samuel Diego Bermudez produced the lot at 1,930 metres. Hydrangea selected it for its layered fruit expression and silky, balanced mouthfeel.

Low-temperature double fermentation with tropical yeast is followed by a thermal-shock wash. The process supports a refined cup of white peach, jasmine milk tea and dried rose with medium body and prolonged acidity.
