This unique Yemeni coffee is the result of a long-standing experimental partnership with Mokha King Coffee, now in its fifth season. Sourced from the high-altitude mountains of Eastern Haraz at elevations of 1,800–2,200 metres, it is grown organically by dedicated farmers who rely on natural rainwater, mountain springs, and traditional cultivation methods.
Processed using a dry anaerobic method, ripe cherries are fermented in a low-oxygen environment for four days before being carefully dried on raised beds. The result is a distinctive and complex cup that showcases the exceptional sweetness, character, and craftsmanship of Yemen’s renowned coffee-growing heritage.
