Umbra comes from Jamison Savage’s Finca Deborah in the cloud forests of Volcán, Panama. Grown at 1,900–2,000 metres, this Geisha is dried slowly in cool shade for more than 35 days. The natural process brings together floral honeysuckle, strawberry jam, mango and maple sweetness in a distinctive filter coffee.
